We’re located at 36-01 36th avenue 5th floor (entrance on 36th street - green awning).

What times are classes?
Kids Classes – Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00 PM  to 4:55 PM

Beginner and Intermediate – 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM 
Beginner and Intermediate – 6:35 PM to 7:35 PM

How do I sign up for class?
You can register by searching Premier Muay Thai on the Mindbody app or by booking directly:

Do you offer a free class?
We do offer a free class which you can book online.

Do you offer discounts for military, law enforcement, or first responders?
Yes, we offer special discounts to military personnel, law enforcement, and first responders.
You must sign up in person and provide valid proof of service.

CLASSES & EXPERIENCE

Do I need experience to train?
No experience is necessary. Our beginner/intermediate class is open to beginners and seasoned students alike.

 

Do you offer kids’ classes?
Yes, we start from 4 years old and up on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 4:55 PM

 

GEAR & ATTIRE

What should I wear?
Wear athletic shorts and a workout top. Bring water and come ready to train.

​

Is gear provided?
We loan out gloves and shin guards for your first three classes. After that, gear rental is $5 per session.

​

Are handwraps required?
Yes, handwraps are mandatory for safety. We sell handwraps at the gym or you can rent them for $2

​

Do you sell gloves or shin guards?
No, we do not sell gloves, shin guards, or mouthguards. Please plan to bring your own for regular training.

MEMBERSHIP & PRICING

Do you require a contract?
No contracts or long-term commitments. Train on your terms.

What membership options do you offer?
We offer:

• Monthly Recurring Membership – $150/month

• One-Month Pass (non-recurring) – $169
